The third season of the Brazilian series Back to 15 was launched worldwide on August 21, 2024, on Netflix. This time, in her role as Anita, Camila Queiroz is getting prepared to face all the obstacles of college life, when a PhotoBlog glitch sends her back once more to being an 18-year-old girl.
This time, there is one more time traveler who has to change things, and dramatic twists await Anita along the way. The other time traveler was eagerly waiting to see whether Anita would delete her PhotoBlog and therefore quit time traveling for good. Viewers are also worried about Anita's relationship ending with Fabricio.
Filipa revealed to be the other time traveler in Back to 15 season 3
Throughout the show, Anita is the only lead character with the ability to travel through time. But then, the beginning of Back to 15 season 3 hints that someone else was out there, playing with time. Off the bat, this season saw Anita finding an orange hoodie with a mysterious note, pointing toward the realization that perhaps another person could travel through time.

In the penultimate episode of the season, it is revealed that Filipa was the one time-traveling back in time to set things right for herself, securing a successful and illustrious reality for herself. In doing so, Filipa unwittingly made life complex for Anita, who now had a task at hand - to end once and for all - the time-travel process.
Only in episode five, when finally cornered, does Filipa reveal to Anita why she had such a big interest in wanting to change the past. It then sets the scene for a confrontation between two time-travelers, with Anita held up in a time loop, determined to break out of it.
Anita successfully deletes the PhotoBlog website
One major thing that Anita was trying to do in Back to 15 season 3 was delete the PhotoBlog website, which held her time-traveling ability. She wanted to prevent others from messing up other timelines, however, Filipa destroyed the hard disk that Denis Ferriera had given to Anita earlier, required to delete PhotoBlog.
When Anita woke up in her current timeline, she found herself in a prison cell. The success Filipa had been fighting for was now hers. Desperate, Anita convinced Filipa to try again—to travel once more into the past, so that the present might change and she could be saved from such a dreadful future.
Filipa agreed, and several events changed, but they still didn't bring Anita happiness. Becoming an artist turned out to be a success, however, now Anita was all alone, with no friends. Anita traveled back to 2009 one last time, gathering all her friends to tell them the truth about her time-traveling so she could win their trust.
With Joel's help, Anita finally bypassed the security system and uploaded a photo to the PhotoBlog site so that Joel's hack could stick. The scene had Denis suddenly appear, wanting to stop Anita from succeeding in her mission. He became violent and attacked Fabricio. It was amid this chaos that Anita uploaded the photo, ultimately deleting the website and returning to her present timeline.
Anita and Fabricio finally end up together in Back to 15 season 3 finale
Even after PhotoBlog has been deleted, one of the most persistent questions left is whether Fabricio survived Denis' attack. Throughout the series, a relationship between Anita and Fabricio develops as she realizes that he is the love of her life.
Back in her present timeline, Anita waited apprehensively for news of Fabricio's fate. Just as she was starting to lose all hope, Fabricio came around the corner at the party and let her know by his presence that he had indeed survived the stabbing from Denis. They embraced, finally finding peace in the fact that they were together.
The season ends on a hopeful note—Anita and Fabricio ending up together, and PhotoBlog going away for good. Back to 15 season 3 leaves the tiniest of doors open for someone else possibly achieving time travel.
This season, after all, is the end of Anita's journey, but Back to 15 has remained true enough to its original series to say that when one portal closes, another might open—that new adventures are yet to come.
