Fans of Apple TV+'s Irish black comedy television series Bad Sisters have reason to rejoice as the show's makers have announced the arrival of its highly anticipated second season.
As per Apple TV's official announcement dated August 19, 2024, Bad Sisters season 2 is scheduled for release on Apple TV Plus on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, with a double episode release on the given date. The rest of the episodes will be released weekly until the show's completion on Christmas this year.
Since Apple TV Plus typically releases episodes of a show at midnight Eastern Time, audiences can expect the show's first two episodes to drop at that time, with the remaining episodes dropping at the same time every Wednesday. A trailer for the show has not been released yet, however, audiences are hoping for its availability sometime in the coming weeks.
Audiences are eagerly anticipating the developments of the upcoming season, especially after the conclusion of the previous season. A poster for the show, released by Apple TV, hints at a marriage taking place, which will be officially confirmed upon the release of the show's trailer.

What to expect from Bad Sisters season 2?
In a press release by Apple TV on August 19, 2024, the media giant announced the plot of the upcoming season of the show. The gist for the same reads:
"Two years after the “accidental death” of Grace’s abusive husband, the close-knit Garvey sisters may have moved on, but when past truths resurface, the ladies are thrust back into the spotlight, suspicions are at an all-time high, lies are told, secrets revealed and the sisters are forced to work out who they can trust."
Along with it, a photo for the upcoming season of the show was also released in which the Garvey sisters can be seen sitting on a table with wine glasses in front of them. Without context, the photo seems to have been taken during someone's wedding.
In the photo, while all the other Garvey sisters are dressed in yellow-colored clothes, Grace is wearing white. Some people think that season 2 of Bad Sisters will take them on a trip down memory lane, like the previous season. If you can recall, season 1 of the show depicted things in a parallel manner, showing things in the past and the present and then tying it in the end.
That said, there is another faction who believe that the photo depicts a fresh start for Grace, who is perhaps getting married again in an attempt to move on from what happened in the show's previous season.
The main cast and characters from Bad Sisters season 2 will return, including Sharon Horgan as Eva, Anne-Marie Duff as Grace, Eva Birthistle as Ursula, Sarah Greene as Bibi, Eve Hewson as Becka, Michael Smiley, Saise Quinn, and Daryl McCormack. The cast list features new names, including Fiona Shaw, Owen McDonnell, Thaddea Graham, Barry Ward, Yasmine Akram, Jonjo O’Neill, Peter Claffey, Deirdre Mullins, Lorcan Cranitch, Liz Fitzgibbon, and Justine Mitchell.
