Will and Carlton have a misunderstanding about running Blackccess in Bel-Air season 3 episode 4

It may be summer break in Bel-Air, but Will (played by Jabari Banks) and Carlton (played by Olly Sholotan) are as busy as ever. The cousin duo are trying to make a name for themselves, or in Carlton's case, trying to smoothen his reputation.

In the Bel-Air season 3 premiere, they introduced their passionate business concept, Blackccess, to their mentor. It's a lifestyle brand aimed to give everyone "access" to make their dreams come true.

But in the latest episode, Will, who is working on the logistics of their brand, and Carlton, who's assigned to the business side of things, are starting to get on each other's nerves.

It started when Will and Carlton presented their new business concept to their mentor and their peers. At first glance, the stark differences between the cousins are obvious, with Will's exuberance and cool-guy attitude spilling into their brand message.

Meanwhile, Carlton is more subdued and is a typical business-minded guy who answers most of the technical business questions.

When Will mistakes the question about the CPA (cost per acquisition) of the luxury shirts they are selling for an accountant, Carlton was quick to correct the issue and handle the questioning part of their presentation. They also have a problem with the logistics of their apparel, which Will is supposed to handle, and Carlton doesn't think he can handle it. With that, the blame game starts, with Carlton telling Will:

"All your decisions lately have been leading to pretty bad places."

The capital for Blackccess is one issue between Will and Carlton. As Carlton told Will in Bel-Air season 3 episode 4, his father can help them moneywise, but Will is opposed to asking for handouts.

There's also the looming threat that Carlton's parents would find out that Will, him, and Fredrick went car racing the other night and were almost caught by the cops. With him trying to earn back his parents' trust after his stint in rehab, he doesn't need anything that can jeopardize that.

Carlton also blames Will for the issue with Fredrick, who almost got them into a street fight during the night of the car racing, because it was Will who suggested bringing Fredrick with them that night.

Their misunderstanding continues, with Will thinking that Carlton is feeling smug because "he knows corporate lingo and price points." Meanwhile, Carlton thinks Will is "so impulsive and he won't even admit to what he doesn't know."

And while he admits that Will leads with his heart, he also thinks he leads with his ego and "always has something to prove."

Will and Carlton go on a double date gone wrong in Bel-Air season 3 episode 4

With the hectic schedule of running their new business in Bel-Air season 3 episode 4, Will's girlfriend Lisa (played by Simone Joy Jones) and Carlton's girlfriend Amira (played by Alicia Pascual-Pena) plan a double date at the beach.

However, with the cousins currently on the outs with each other, they ended up splitting up for the beach date.

While they were with their respective girlfriends just across each other at the beach, Will and Carlton kept on talking sh*t about each other.

But with their girlfriends in support of them working out their differences, they decided to play volleyball with girls versus boys. Now, Will and Carlton have to work as a team, but to no avail. It's obvious that they can't work together and after too many instances of slamming against each other to take the ball, they end up in a heated argument.

What was supposed to be a double date to help the guys relax from their busy schedules ended up with Will accusing Carlton of not trusting him whenever he says that he's got it. Carlton responded in an equally accusatory tone, telling Will that he doesn't trust him because when he says he got it, he "doesn't actually get it."

They ended the double date not any closer to making up and instead agreed that they had to take a break from each other.

The final scenes of Bel-Air Season 3 Episode 4 leave the audience with both satisfying endings and teasers for what's coming in the next episode. With Will and Carlton spending most of the latest episode either not talking to each other or arguing, the two made up later in the episode.

They realize that if they are going to be business partners, they can't be at loggerheads and that each of them has their own strengths to offer the business. They also agreed that they are "in it together," especially with both of them having to prove themselves to the people who doubt that they will succeed.

Also, Carlton, who wants to move on from the past, including keeping secrets about his addiction, opens up to Geoffrey (played by Jimmy Akingbola) about what happened on the night of the car race. But before he can tell "G" about what Fredrick did, "G" tells him that he would handle his son.

Hilary (played by Coco Jones) also stayed by Lamarcus's (played by Justin Cornwell) side after his horrifying accident at the football field in the previous episode of Bel-Air season 3.

As for Vivian (played by Cassandra Freeman) and Philip (Adrian Holmes), they aren't anywhere near a proper reconciliation after Vivian discovers that Erika (played by Diandra Lyle) kissed Phillip and that he decided to keep it from her.

In the final scene of Bel-Air season 3 episode 4, Will and Carlton have to figure out how to sell 999 pieces of their merch in seven days. Meanwhile, Geoffrey snoops into Fredrick's things, only to discover a particular number has been calling Fredrick, making him suspicious.
