A brief recap of Bookie season 2 episode 3

Bookie season 2 episode 3, titled Boom, Done, Hello Jesus, saw Danny and Ray recruit their eccentric banker, Gregory, to be their financial manager. They started by giving him $1,000,000 to invest and manage, which they initially thought was fine, so they gave him another half a million. However, by the end of the previous episode, Gregory had run off in a private jet with what appears as Danny's bag of cash.

Meanwhile, at home, Danny's life has never been chaotic when his mother-in-law, Wendy, got entangled with the married neighbor, Nate. It ended with Nate's wife making a scene in Danny's home, only to find that Wendy had already escaped. However, the betrayal pushed Nate's wife to the edge, ending with her killing Nate and herself.

What to expect in Bookie season 2 episode 4

Bookie season 2 episode 4 is titled Make It Look Like an Accident, which is expected to feature the aftermath of Gregory's escape. With Danny and Ray already short on their Super Bowl money, noticing Gregory's betrayal might be the biggest professional struggle they are going to face yet.

Per the episode's official logline, via Rotten Tomatoes, it will be more chaotic for Danny in Bookie season 2 episode 4 as his business gets constant threat by the impending legalization of sports gambling. His increasingly unstable clients and unruly family and co-workers won't be helping matters either.
