Chicago Fire Season 13 episode 3 ending explained: Is Damon shifted to the floater pool?

The tension in Chicago Fire season 13, episode 3, "All Kinds of Crazy," escalates at Firehouse 51 as Lieutenant Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) has to deal with Jack Damon's (Michael Bradway) reckless behavior and disobedience.
