What happens to Honey and Nadia in Citadel: Honey Bunny?

At the beginning of the series Citadel: Honey Bunny, viewers are shown how stuntman Bunny worked two jobs. First in the films, and the other for the Foundation, led by Baba. When Bunny's lover Honey was in desperate need of money, Honey made her a part of the Foundation. The Foundation's sole purpose was to get hold of the Armada and create a tracking system, which could help them control and track anyone around the globe.

Getting hold of the Armada meant having a power one couldn’t imagine. The Foundation had its team for the same, who worked under Baba and followed his lead. In 1992, the Armada was taken from Dr. Raghu, after which Baba had his hands on it. However, Honey understood the evil intentions of the Foundation, after which she betrayed Baba and his team and helped The Citadel get hold of the Armada.

During a massive shootout, Baba was taken captive by the Citadel. Bunny and his team managed to escape, and Honey, whom everyone considered a traitor back then, escaped on her own in a hatchback. K.D. shot Honey during her escape, and her car caught fire. Everyone assumed she was dead, and the Armada she had stolen (previously from Baba) was destroyed in the last minutes of the shooting.

However, years later in the show, it is shown that Honey is alive and has a daughter named Nadia (Honey and Bunny’s child). She also has the Armada in her possession.

In the Citadel: Honey Bunny season finale, Honey and Nadia escape from the goons who come behind them, led by KD. Although it is not shown where they are going, they are safe for the time being. A second season can throw light on what happens to them in the future.

What happens to Bunny in Citadel: Honey Bunny?

When Baba was captured by the Citadel in 1992, Bunny believed that his sweetheart, Honey, had perished in the vehicle explosion. Depressed, he fled his former life as a gangster and moved overseas to pursue a new career as a singer. However, years later, when he gets to know that Honey is still alive, and so is his daughter Nadia (whom he has never met to date), he goes back in search of them.

With the help of his old friends from The Foundation, he tracks Honey down and tells her that he is back to help her and Nadia from Baba and his new team (who know that Honey is alive and has the Armada). He also meets his daughter Nadia for the first time in 2000.

In the Citadel: Honey Bunny season finale, the goons led by K.D. come for Honey, Bunny, and Nadia, hiding in Honey’s palace hideout. There is a massive shootout, and Bunny and Honey both get injured. However, via a secret tunnel, they manage to escape. While they are on the run, Bunny realizes that K.D. will still come after them. Therefore, he asks Honey and Nadia to go on their own, and he will follow later.

When K.D. arrives, Bunny shoots down most of the cars, and in a showdown with K.D., they both get gravely injured. However, they do not kill each other as in the final moments, Bunny and K.D. realize that they were both brainwashed by Baba and whatever they did so far was because of him.

K.D. decides against killing Bunny and tells him to flee since additional agents are pursuing him. The credits roll after a brief pause from Bunny, standing with a rifle, in the show's closing minutes. It's unclear if he will run for his life and escape with Nadia and Bunny, or if the thugs will capture him and kill him. Additional answers may be revealed in a second season.

What happens to the Armada?

In episode six of Citadel: Honey Bunny, viewers witness Bunny shooting and destroying the Armada in front of Baba. Project Talwar will always remain unfinished due to the Armada's destruction. That being said, there is a catch. Before Honey leaves his daughter Nadia with Pratapa Rudra in episode 5, Nadia requests that Honey unzip her bag.

Next, she takes out a disc box from the bag, which might contain the Armada. Nadia is aware that Honey needs the Armada and would undoubtedly return for it.

It is possible the Armada that Bunny destroyed in episode 6 in front of Baba is a clone and the real one is still in Nadia’s possession. Season 2 will answer more questions about Honey, Bunny, Nadia, and also the Armada.
