It looks like Creature Commandos episode 3 will certainly be a big outing following the cliffhanger ending of the first two episodes. The first two episodes of the show were released this past week on December 5, 2024, and the next episode is scheduled to come out on December 12, 2024, on Max. Going into it, fans can certainly expect a lot to go down as the titular group will come face-to-face with Circe.
Creature Commandos episode 3 is titled Cheers to the Tin Man and it can already give fans a hint that it may be centered around fleshing out G.I. Robot. Aside from that, fans can also expect many other developments to take place. What can fans expect from Creature Commandos episode 3?
A G.I. Robot-focused episode
With the title of Creature Commandos episode 3 being Cheers to the Tin Man, fans can expect the outing to focus on G.I. Robot and who he is. So far in the show it is revealed that G.I. Robot was created during World War II and his only directive is to kill Nazis. This is shown various times as that's the only thing he keeps mentioning.
However, fans can expect to learn more about his past in World War II. In the original comics, G.I. Robot was a very different character. He was a series of robots created to combat Nazis and each newer version of him was better than the last. However, this version of the character, voiced by Sean Gunn, is distinctly different from his comic book counterpart.
So, with the first two episodes delving into the Bride's past, fans can expect the same for G.I. Robot too.
The Bride being reunited with Eric Frankenstein
The first two episodes delved heavily into who The Bride is and why she was created. Apparently, The Bride was created as Eric Frankenstein craved a lover too and Victor Frankenstein decided to go ahead with the experiment. However, Victor and the Bride fall in love, leading to Eric killing his creator.
After escaping Eric, The Bride was followed by him for almost two centuries. With him now knowing that the Bride has returned to her birthplace, Eric will surely come after her and fans can expect to see a reunion between the two. But the reunion certainly won't go smoothly as The Bride hates his guts.
Creature Commandos vs. Circe
Fans can also expect to see the titular group fight against Circe and the Sons of Themyscira in Creature Commandos episode 3. With Circe having The Bride and Nina in her custody, the team will certainly fight to get them back. However, it remains to be seen how they will fair against her.
Alongside this, fans can also expect to learn more about Circe's motivations going forward in the show.
