The Creature Commandos season finale is set to premiere on January 9, 2025, and with it, it will bring a close to the show's first season. So far, the DC animated series has been the first entry into the brand-new DC Universe that is spread across films, shows, and games. Next week, fans will finally get to see exactly how the Commandos will be finishing up their mission.
Going into the Creature Commandos season finale, fans can expect to see the Commandos going after Princess Ilana Rostovic as they believe that she will be the one to cause World War III. However, with Eric Frankenstein in Pokolistan now, this may also mean that the Monster will be able to reunite with the Bride.
Not just that, fans can also expect Rick Flag Sr. to join in on the action as well after it was revealed that he is indeed alive following the events of episode 5.

What can fans expect from the Creature Commandos season finale?
The Creature Commandos try killing the princess
Fans can certainly expect to see the group try and kill Princess Ilana Rostovic in the Creature Commandos season finale. Since they are just following Amanda Waller's orders right now and don't know the true reason for killing the Princess, the episode might see them learn about why they are going through with this plan.
So, it definitely looks like there will be plenty of action in the upcoming episode as they storm the castle and try to take out the princess. However, they are unaware that the Princess has a few tricks up her sleeves as well due to her army preparing for the upcoming fight.
Reunion between the Bride and Frankenstein
In the season finale, fans can expect to see the Bride reunite with Eric Frankenstein. Given that Eric is in Pokolistan on Rick Flag Sr.'s orders as he told him to notify the Bride about Circe's lie, it is certain that he will be reunited with his long lost "love" after all. He may perhaps even save Princess Ilana Rostovic's life by doing so.
However, the reunion will surely be less than ideal for him as the Bride carries nothing but hate for him. This was made clear in the first two episodes of the show, where Eric can be seen stalking the Bride through centuries, but she still hates him for killing Victor Frankenstein, her first love.
However, given their shared history, it is possible that the Bride may tolerate listening to Eric given that he has come to stop her on the orders of Rick Flag.
Rick Flag Sr. waking up from the coma
The Creature Commandos season finale may also see Rick Flag Sr. waking up from a coma. Following his battle with Clayface in episode 5, he was left badly damaged and pronounced to be in a coma. However, with Flag still having a major role in the upcoming DCU projects, fans can expect him to wake up from it.
