The season finale of Creature Commandos will air on Max on January 9, 2025, concluding season 1 with a focus on Nina Mazursky's backstory.
Each episode so far has delved into a character's past, and this one will explore how Nina, an aquatic metahuman, came to be and ended up in Belle Reeve prison with the other commandos. Season 2 has already been confirmed.

Aside from that, the preview for the Creature Commandos season finale also teases that the Knights of Pokolistan will be trying to save the princess from the titular group. However, at the same time, Nina Mazursky will be tasked with killing the princess.
The Creature Commandos season finale will be released at 12 am Pacific Standard Time or 3 am Eastern Standard Time on Max on January 9, 2025.
A recap of Creature Commandos episode 6
Creature Commandos episode 6, titled Priyatel Skelet, focused on the backstory of Dr. Phosphorus. In a sequence of flashbacks, it is showcased that before turning into a monster, Alex was working with the criminal known as Rupert Thorne who was backing his project to cure cancer through nuclear fission.
However, at the same time, Thorne was using that nuclear data and sending it to an oppressive regime.
Alex's wife showed concern about him working with Thorne, and when he realized what was happening, he started giving Thorne false data. Thorne then went ahead and killed Alex's wife and child and put him in a nuclear machine to kill him. However, Alex came out of it as Dr. Phosphorus and decided to go on a rampage.
He started by killing Rupert Thorne and taking over his criminal empire. Alex then became a crime lord in Gotham. He eventually ended up in Belle Reeve when Batman showed up and stopped his plans. Back in the present day, Phosphorus is hiding from the Pokolistan army while the rest of the commandos are doing the same as well.
Back in America, Flag is taken to a hospital where it is declared that he is in a coma. Nina and The Bride hide together in a brothel where they save a prostitute from a metahuman as well and by the end of the episode the group reunites with each other as they then go on to kill Princess Ilana Rostovic. The episode ended with Eric Frankenstein making it to Pokolistan as well.
What can fans expect from the Creature Commandos season finale?
In the Creature Commandos season finale, fans can expect to see the Commandos go after the Princess as their mission is to kill her. However, with Eric Frankenstein in Pokolistan now on Flag's order, he will surely try to stop them and reunite with the Bride as well.
