How was Patrick Frazee arrested?
Patrick Frazee and Kelsey Berreth, parents of Kaylee Berreth, had allegedly been separated at the time of the latter's disappearance. Kelsey was last seen at a local grocery store with Kaylee. Besides, Patrick had shared with the authorities that he had last spoken to her at the same time on November 22, 2018, when he visited her to pick Kaylee up.
