So far, The Odyssey has navigated through various medical crises, like Nurse Avery's appendicitis, a punctured lung, and more during episode 4's Wellness Week while the ship is in the middle of a hurricane.

Previously, in Doctor Odyssey season 1, it was Wellness Week, and loads of wellness buffs flocked to The Odyssey. Ironically, it took a nasty turn as the ship was soon flooded with sick patients, including one of their own.
The medical crew was out of one man as Nurse Avery suffered a serious case of appendicitis. Dr. Max and Nurse Tristan had to operate, but it wasn't an easy procedure because The Odyssey suddenly found itself in the middle of a hurricane. Thankfully, with Captain Massey's old-school machination, the operation was a success despite the rough waters.
There was also a surge of unwell passengers on Wellness Week, including the event's health guru, Bethany Welles (played by Amy Sedaris). She got copper poisoning after switching to a new diet involving a lot of raw organ meat. Another passenger suffered a liver failure after drinking a "special" smoothie and had to be put on emergency dialysis, and another one got a punctured lung from an acupuncture procedure.
All in all, the crew has had enough of Wellness Week, and thankfully for them, Captain Massey had talked to Lenore. The Odyssey will not be hosting Wellness Week again.
