Dune: Prophecy episode 4 is set to premiere on Max on December 8, 2024, and it will officially be the beginning of the second half of the series. With only 3 more episodes left to go, fans can expect a lot to start happening in the show now as episodes 2 and 3 especially set up the struggles to come forward. Mainly involving Desmond Hart and how he may be connected to the reckoning.
Going into Dune: Prophecy episode 4, fans can expect to see an imbalance in the Imperium take place. With Tula trying to revive Lila and Valya seeking out her uncle Evgeny Harkonnen, it looks like the sisters have their own paths that they are forging as of now. What Valya and Tula are up to
Episode three of the show sets up exactly what the sisters will be getting up to in the upcoming episodes of the show. With Valya seeking out her uncle Evgeny Harkonnen, it certainly looks like she has plans deeper than trying to stop the reckoning and is interested in reinstating her house's name as well. With the Harkonnens being branded as cowards, she will want to do her best.
On Tula's side, fans can expect to see exactly how she moves forward with trying to revive Lila. Lila died in episode two of the show after going through the Agony and unlocking the memories of her ancestors. With Tula being heartbroken over it, episode 3 reveals that she is administering a dose of spice to Lila so that she can revive her.
So, going into Dune: Prophecy episode 4, fans can expect to see how Valya and Tula move forward with their plans and where they will go from there. Not to mention, Valya will likely have her hands full with the Desmond business and this will make her turn a blind eye to what Tula is up to right now.
Princess Ynez joining the Rebellion
The preview for Dune: Prophecy episode 4 teases that Princess Ynez herself may be joining the rebellion to help topple House Corrino. With her having a romance with Keiran Atreides, the preview teases her and Keiran talking about the rebellion and how she may end up joining them as well to burn House Corrino down.
In episode two of the show, a rebellion underneath Salusa Secundus was established. The rebellion is focused on taking the fight to the great houses as they believe only they are profiting from the spice business while the general population suffers.
More about Desmond
Fans can expect to learn more about Desmond Hart going forward in the show too. As he prepares to keep getting closer to the Imperium, it certainly looks like his goals lie in making sure that the Sisterhood can't have as much power as it holds.
With him also having interacted with Shai Hulud where he had "died", fans can certainly expect to learn more about the source of his powers and how he got them.
