In the final moments of Evil season 4 episode 11, Ellie returns to the Bouchard residence for the third time, and that too around midnight. After encountering Lynn, she explains to her that Lexis was appointed to guard Timothy, the child who would later take over the world and wreak havoc upon it.

Unsurprisingly, Lynn did what she was expected to do: scream and run away. Given Ellie was holding a paper cutter, Lynn’s reaction was instinctive.

The first time Ellie tried to kill Timothy was by sending a onesie as a gift that was laced with organophosphate, a deadly poison. However, Kristen’s skeptical instincts and Ben and his sister’s expertise saved the child.

After Ellie failed to convince Lynn to take her to Leslie so she could talk, she resorted to ending Timothy’s life by her own hands. However, Ellie failed to do so as Laura stalled her, giving Kristen enough time to tase her down.

Kristen eventually discovered Ellie’s claim of her being the future Laura was false when she found out that she was the lady Andy was having an affair with.

Ellie learned every important aspect of the Bouchard family through Andy and suggesting that Kristen should be with David, was just an attempt to make her get separated from Andy.

However, how Ellie got her hands on the footage of Sheryl and how she is connected with the Antichrist drama will be revealed in time.

David and Kristen are the most beloved duo and fans do want to see them as a couple soon, given the series is ending with just three episodes left. Throughout the series, they both harbored feelings toward each other and so far, their love story remains poignantly unrequited.

As seen in the latest episode, Ellie’s prediction of David leaving the priesthood to move in with Kristen seemed possible after the warm embrace between the duo.

Following the news of Andy cheating on his wife, David visited Kristen to console her and a kiss was something that was expected by the fans, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. Ben wanted to make David understand that running away from his feelings would make him regret it for the rest of his life.

However, David revealed that he had already sworn his life in service of the Lord and he wouldn’t be going back on his oath even if the separation from Kristen breaks him. It is unknown as of now if David ends up with Kristen, but that’s something most fans are rooting for.
