A brief recap on Evil season 4 episode 7

Season 4 episode 7 kicked off with Sheryl revealing to Leland that she destroyed most of his Transfusions and took a few for herself as a consequence of trying to hurt her granddaughter. In the heat of the moment, they both stabbed each other, but Sheryl was more injured.

Despite trying to make it to the hospital, she fainted on her way, but luckily an ambulance arrived on time. Kristen was informed about her mother, so she rushed to the hospital.

After receiving Leland’s call on her mother’s phone, who was unconscious at the moment, Kristen learned that Leland was responsible. She threatened him by revealing that she knew about his being more afraid of the Unity.

After Kristen helped Sheryl get settled in her house, the latter proclaimed to win her trust, but the former stormed out without hearing another word. Kristen, David, and Ben were assigned a task to help Tyrus, a train driver, who was seeing ghosts while on the job, which was affecting his life and career.

David and Ben tagged along with Tyrus to see these ghosts for themselves. Tyrus stopped the train at the same spot after seeing the ghost again. Surprisingly, David also encountered a red dwarf demon with two horns, who ran away. Much to both David and Ben’s surprise, the spot was adjacent to Kristen’s residence.

As Kristen’s daughters also encountered the presence of spiritual entities at home, they requested an exorcism from their mother. Sister Andrea arrived at the house and eventually found the demon hiding in the basement hole. With Ben’s help, she closed the hole to contain the demon.

However, later at night, Lexis discovered through her demon-detecting app that there were countless entities swarming around the house. The episode also focused on Ben, who was lately losing his mind. Ben discovered that he asked Renee to move in with him, which he simply overlooked.

However, the next time he found that, he told Renee that he would bring scented candles, which made him dismayed, given that this was something he would never do.

Renee eventually left, deeming Ben didn’t want her to stay, but the next day she showed him a video of him begging her to stay, catching him confused and shocked at the same time.
