Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist ending: Chicken Man finally proves his innocence
Towards the beginning of the episode, Chicken Man bravely sets up a meeting with Cadillac Richie at a restaurant. He takes help from some friends to arrange the meeting. For his part, Hudson asks some of his friends from the police to arrive at the spot.
During the course of the interaction, Richie confesses to masterminding the robbery. This bit is recorded for evidence, but, at this moment, Lamar, Frank Moten’s right-hand man, arrives and opens fire. Before the police can react, Lamar escapes with Richie in his car, also carrying Chicken Man in the trunk.
Hudson approaches Moten and offers to tell him the name of the real culprit provided Moten ensures Chicken Man’s safety. Hudson, Moten and Vivian go to the property where Chicken Man is held captive.
Moten has a private conversation with Chicken Man, who reveals the truth. Moten fires a blank shot to create the impression that he has killed Chicken Man.
By now, the other gang leaders have arrived at the spot, but the Atlanta police have also come to the property. Just when Richie proposes to the other leaders that Moten’s time as the boss is over, Hudson barges in and reveals the truth about the robbery.
Before Richie can do anything, he's apprehended by the police. Richie’s complicated scheme to replace Moten as the boss comes to an unceremonious end.

Chicken Man decides to become Gordon for good
Towards the end of Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist’s finale, Chicken Man approaches his estranged wife, Faye.
In one of the most poignant scenes of the series, he apologizes to his wife profusely, saying how he has been living a dual life all his life — one as Chicken Man, the ever-scheming hustler, and another as Gordon Williams, a father and a husband.
He tells Faye that he will give up the Chicken Man persona for good and start doing things the honest way for the sake of his family. This sincerity convinces Faye to give him a second chance, and the husband and wife are reconciled.
As Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist nears its end, Chicken Man becomes an ordained minister in the West Atlanta House of Lords. Thus, he leaves the world of crime far behind and starts a new life.

What about Hudson?
Thanks to his excellent investigative work despite the suspension, Hudson is reinstated to his post. Moreover, his competence gets him promoted to higher posts as his career progresses, and he rises to become the head of internal affairs at the Atlanta police department.
Hudson’s upward career graph in many ways mirrors the advancements Atlanta itself makes. Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist ends with a shot of Mohammad Ali lighting the torch for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics games.
