The latest episode 7 of Max Thieriot's Fire Country season 3, titled False Alarm, aired on CBS on December 6, 2024. After the short Thanksgiving break, the series continues to explore Bode Leone's journey as a free man in season 3 of Fire Country, which premiered on October 18, 2024.

In Fire Country season 3 episode 7, the firefighters of Station 42 responded to a false alarm call which turned into a hostage situation, putting to test their courage, spontaneity, and bravery.

Towards the end, Bode, Casey, and Audrey were successful in getting the situation under control and rescuing the hostages. Although Bode initially didn't pass Casey's evaluation, Bode's contribution to the situation and Casey's realization that he was personally biased led him to clear Bode's evaluation.

At the end of the episode, Bode was successful in becoming an official Cal Fire Firefighter.

In Fire Country season 3 episode 7, Bode, Casey, Sharon, and her team handled a call regarding a fire at a weed dispensary called 'Dank Account'. Upon being informed by the security guard that it was a false alarm, Sharon and her team left the scene. Casey, Bode, and Audrey were left behind for a final check.

As they were searching the place, they came across hostages and found out that the security guard was actually robbing the place. He was also the one who triggered the alarm, as he wanted the firefighters to get there and use their tools to open the store's safe.

The security guard, named Shane, tied up Audrey and left her with the other hostages, and took Bode and Casey to open the safe at gunpoint. At one point, Audrey tried to open the ties and was mildly successful before Shane found out and shot her in the shoulder.

Meanwhile, Bode and Casey argued over taking down the security guard. They both wanted to tackle him, and Bode was trying to make Casey see that Shane had nothing to lose, which made him much more dangerous than he looked.

In the argument, a frustrated Casey called Bode 'Patrick', the name of his dead brother.

Bode couldn't address this at the time, as Casey tackled Shane and went for the gun, and Bode had to jump in to help him. Their altercation started a fire, and Sharon and her team were called back to the scene.

Amidst the chaos, Bode emptied the gun and the firefighters rescued the hostages. They even saved Shane and gave the robber medical treatment. Bode addressed the fact that Casey referred to him by his dead brother's name, making Casey realize that he was projecting his familial relations and guilt on Bode.

Although Casey had told Bode at the beginning of the episode that he would not pass him, this interaction made him see that he was being unfair to Bode. He passed Bode and then left the station to take care of some unfinished business.

So, at the end of Fire Country season 3 episode 7, Bode Leone finally becomes a full-time firefighter at Station 42.

Bode and Gabriela's on-again off-again relationship hit another break in Fire Country season 3 episode 7. Although Gabriela did not marry Diego in this latest season, she was not ready to fully commit to Bode either.

The pair did hook up in the previous episodes but were not officially committed. Gabriela had been dealing with personal issues regarding her career and family and wanted to work on herself before getting back together with Bode.

However, when she told Bode about this, he said that he could not wait any longer for her. Her 'maybe' meant a 'no' to him, and he broke things off with her.

Fans can also see a flirtatious relationship developing between Bode and the newest addition to Fire Country season 3, Audrey. With Audrey breaking up with her boyfriend in episode 7, the audience is looking forward to seeing how the show explores Bode's romantic connections.

Another shocker in Fire Country season 3 episode 7, was Gabriela and Jake hooking up. After finding out that his adopted daughter Gen wanted to stay with her biological family in Idaho, Jake was drinking at the bar.

It was not easy for him to process that he was losing Gen, the last connection he had to his late girlfriend, Cara.

Gabriela found him at the bar after she had an argument with Sharon and was benched for the day. Gabriela was mentally struggling with her situation as well, and the pair got talking. Things escalated and they ended up getting intimate.

This progression further complicated the relationships in Fire Country season 3, considering Bode's friendship with Jake and Gabriela and Jake's past as well.

The next episode 8 of Fire Country season 3 will be released on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 9 pm ET on CBS. The episode will be available to stream the next day on Paramount+.
