Harley Quinn season 5 is an animated comic book action series developed by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey. It is based on the DC Comics character of Harley Quinn, who was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm.

The series primarily follows the titular character and focuses on her quirky and adventurous personality along with her humorous approach to things, as she goes through life with her best friend and partner, Poison Ivy, after separating from the Joker.

It premiered on the subscription video-on-demand and digital comics service, DC Universe, on November 29, 2019. It was later moved to HBO Max for the third and fourth seasons. The series' fifth season will premiere on Max on January 16, 2025, with a weekly release of episodes. The trailer for the same was released on December 11, 2024.

The main voice cast of the series includes Kaley Cuoco as Harley Quinn, Lake Bell as Poison Ivy, and Alan Tudyk as the Joker.

"Harley and Ivy discover that something sinister is at play and all is not what it seems. Looming threats include Lex Luthor and his sister, Lena Luthor, plus fan-favorite Brainiac. But of course, Harley’s crew of misfits and allies will join her on this irreverent journey that takes no prisoners in having fun in the DC sandbox.”
