This would lead to an intense plot in any other show where everyone is against everyone. But in Hot Wheels City, you stay together, learn, and race together. The races this time are faster, longer, and more elaborate, with unique obstacles and threats, which is fun to watch.

No one wins the Ultimate Garage in Hot Wheels Let's Race Season 2, as the race isn't over yet. However, in season 2, episode 5, titled Drive Me Batty/Highs & Lows, Cooper defeats Cruise in the final race and earns five points. He is now only 3 points behind Cruise on the points table, so there's still a chance for him to win the Ultimate Garage.
However, in the final scene, Cruise's father adds something special to her car for future races. It's an awesome-looking track plaster that can instantly create tracks anywhere. Cruise will also return as the villain in the next season as the second-level race is yet to conclude.
