Walter White's house in Breaking Bad is actually at 3828 Piermont Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111. After the show's success, the location became so popular that fans would use it as a tourist spot and click pictures. The owners, Fran and Louis Padilla erected a 6-foot iron fence to deter visitors in 2017.

Their daughter Joanne Quintana talked to KOB-4 about their experience while filming the show that changed their lives. She said:

“We were, like anybody, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime thing. You got to meet the actors, the actresses, you got to see how they set up the equipment and what it all takes.”

She also talked about the volume of passionate fans who would visit the site.

"We average 300 cars a day. Come Balloon Fiesta, hundreds of thousands come for balloons. Balloons go up, they come down. Where do they come? Here,” said Quintana.

Joanne believes that whoever buys the house should turn it into a museum dedicated to the show. This would give greater access to the fans who have loved and appreciated Breaking Bad for many years.

“I hope they make it what the fans want. They want a BnB, they want a museum, they want access to it. Go for it. This is what they want. They want the iconic pool," Joanne added.
