Jella Hasse is an acclaimed German actress portraying the role of the eccentric spy who is falsely accused by her department in a murder case and sent to prison. In the first season, we witness her journey as she walks on the path of revenge, crossing paths with a police officer named Sven Petzold. In Kleo season 2, she will continue her quest and keep making fools of her opponents.

Hasse has been actively working on stage and in films for the last 15 years, starting as a teen actress. In her career, she has been nominated for multiple awards, including the prestigious Jupiter Award for Best German Actress for Lollipop Monster.

2) Dimitrij Schaad as Sven Petzold

Dimitrij Schaad is also set to reprise his role in the upcoming season as Sven Petzold, a police officer struggling in his career and underappreciated for his hard work. His path crosses with the eccentric spy and his life gets entangled in the messy world of espionage and deceit.

Dimitrij Schaad has studied acting and performing arts in some of the most prestigious schools in Europe. His brother Alex Schaad is a film director, with who he wrote the screenplay of their student film Invention of Trust, which won the Student's Oscar in 2016.

3) Julius Feldmeier as Thilo

Julius Feldmeier will also be back as Thilo, the man who came from West Germany will have some odd ideas regarding the club culture of the East side. He rents the place where Sven lives and gets entangled in the same mess of unfortunate events.

An active member of the queer community, Julius Feldmeier has been acting professionally for over a decade. He is the nephew of German actress Rita Feldmeier.

4) Vincent Redetzki as Uwe Mittig

Vincent Redetzki got his first leading role on stage as well as his first movie role in the year 2003. Starting his film career with Andreas Dresen's Movie Summer in Berlin, Vincent never looked back. His television mini-series Die Wölfe won an International Emmy Award as best TV Mini-Series in 2009.

Vincent would continue playing the character of Uwe Mittig, Kleo's accomplice before her imprisonment in Kleo season 2.

5) Steffi Kühnert as Margot Honecker

Steffi Kühnert as Margot Honecker was a recurring character in the first season. Margot is Kleo's aunt and a high-ranking member of the communist party.

Steffi Kühnert is a German acting veteran, who is also actively involved in teaching the art at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts. She has appeared in over eighty films in her long and illustrious career spanning over 36 years.
