Laid on Peacock: Full list of cast 

Laid is an upcoming comedy series created by Nahnatchka Khan and Sally Bradford McKenna that will premiere on Peacock on December 19, 2024. It tells the story of Ruby, played by Stephanie Hsu, who finds out that her exes have started to die mysteriously. Along with her friend, she begins to find the people she used to be romantically involved with and warn them of their impending fate.

Apart from Stephanie Hsu, the cast features Zosia Mamet, Michael Angarano, and Tommy Martinez in prominent roles. The show will also feature guest appearances from popular actors like Andre Hyland, Olivia Holt, David Denman, Finneas O’Connell, Chloe Fineman, Simu Liu, Alexandra Shipp, and Kate Berlant.

Stephanie Ann Hsu plays the protagonist, Ruby, in the comedy series, Laid.

The actress is best known for portraying dual characters as Joy Wang and Jobu Tupaki in the film Everything Everywhere All at Once. She received an Academy Award nomination for the same in the category of Best Supporting Actress.

Stephanie got her big break in the MTV reality comedy series Girl Code. Later, she was cast as Joy Armstrong in the Hulu series The Path. She has been part of projects such as The Monkey King, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, The Fall Guy, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, among others.

Zosia Mamet as AJ

In Laid, Zosia Mamet plays Ruby's friend who accompanies her on her crazy mission. Mamet is recognized for her role in the HBO drama series, Girls, in which she essayed the role of Shoshanna Shapiro.

Zosia is also a singer and musician and is a member of the band Chacha. In her over two decades of acting career, she has been part of some of the biggest shows on television and digital platforms, including the HBO Max original series The Flight Attendant and Netflix's The Decameron.

Michael Angarano as Richie

Micheal Angarano is playing Richie, one of Ruby's ex-partners in the upcoming show.

Angarano's career started with being shortlisted for one of the finalists for playing the young Anakin in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. As a child artist, he was part of films like Almost Famous, Little Secrets, and ultimately the cult-classic Sky High. Some of the actor's notable work includes The Forbidden Kingdom, Oppenheimer, As the World Turns, Will & Grace, 24, and This Is Us.
