Maestro in Blue season 3 made its debut on the Netflix streaming platform on December 28, 2024. Season 1 of this Greek web series was released in March 2022 and has found a global audience through Netflix. Maestro in Blue stars Christoforos Papakaliatis and Klelia Andriolatou in the lead roles.
After two highly successful seasons, during which the show consistently ranked in the daily top 10 in over 80 countries, Netflix released the third and final season globally just in time for the New Year. This latest season originally aired on Greece's MEGA channel in the fall.
Maestro in Blue follows the story of a talented musician, Orestis, who arrives at a scenic Greek island to host a music festival. As he grows familiar with the culture and people there, he finds himself entangled in an unexpected romance with a young woman. However, when a murder occurs on the island, Orestis finds himself at the center of it and realizes that he has to defend not only himself but also the woman he loves.

1) Christoforos Papakaliatis as Orestis
Christoforos Papakaliatis is a Greek actor, director, and screenwriter who plays the lead role of Orestis in Maestro in Blue season 3. Orestis is the musician who arrives at a Greek island for a music fest but strikes up an unusual romance with a young woman.
Papakaliatis began his career at 16 with roles in MEGA, Greece's largest TV network, and by the age of 23, he began writing his own TV scripts. His first script, Our Life Is a Path, aired on MEGA, which was followed by Take Care of Me and the television movie Three Wishes. He also wrote Maestro in Blue for the Greek TV network, which was later bought by Netflix.
Papakaliatis also wrote, directed, and starred in Two Days Only in 2009. In 2012, he appeared alongside Catherine Deneuve and Sebastian Koch in the feature film God Loves Caviar by Iannis Smaragdis. However, his first feature film was What If..., which he wrote and directed and also starred in as Demetris.
2) Klelia Andriolatou as Klelia
In Maestro in Blue season 3, Klelia Andriolatou plays the 19-year-old Klelia, who is preparing to study music. Passionate about music and very unlike girls her age, Klelia's acquaintance with Orestis awakens her first true love.
Klelia Andriolatou is a model and has also studied Journalism and Mass Communications at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She landed her first role at the age of 19 in the TV series Brousko, which awakened her love for acting. She went on to study theatre at the Athens Conservative Drama School and has starred in two successful plays, Motel by Vassilis Mavrogeorgiou and Butterflies in the Stomach by Konstantinos Rigos.
Andriolatou has also acted in The Last Taxi Driver by Stergios Paschos and did voice acting for the Greek version of Disney's Elemental (June 2023), where she voiced the character of Ember Lumen.
3) Orestis Chalkias as Antonis
Orestis Chalkias' first major TV role is in Maestro in Blue, where he plays Klelia's younger brother, Antonis. Much like his sister, he is different from others. The music festival and the arrival of Orestis are an escape from reality for him.
Born in Athens and raised in Thessaloniki, Chalkias started acting at the age of seven. He is also a musician and founded the hard rock band Parafernelia. After graduating with honors from the Drama School of National Theatre of Northern Greece in 2012, he acted in plays like Wildfire, Wuthering Heights, Mother Courage, Iphigenia in Tauris, and The Empire, among others.
4) Haris Alexiou as Haris
In Maestro in Blue, Haris Alexiou plays the role of Klelia's grandmother, who is a clam in the storm and an anchor that keeps the family grounded. She had a talent for singing but never had the opportunity to pursue it, so she now supports Klelia in fulfilling her own dreams.
Alexiou is one of the most popular Greek singers who has worked with various Greek songwriters and composers and has received several accolades.
