Netflix's Maestro in Blue season 3 is coming to the streaming platform just in time for the New Year. After debuting on Netflix in March 2023, the Greek series has found a global audience through Netflix and has consistently featured on the list of daily top 10s in over 80 countries as well as featured several weeks in the global top 10s.
Now the third and final season of the series is set to launch globally this December 28, 2024. This streaming release comes after the season’s initial airing on Greece’s MEGA channel during the fall. The series follows the story of a talented musician, Orestis, who comes to a music festival on a scenic Greek island.

It was announced earlier this year that Maestro in Blue would return for a second and third installment. Season 2 dropped with 6 episodes on May 17, 2024, and season 3 was aired on MEGA channel in the first week of December.
Consisting of only three episodes, this final season of the series launched on Netflix in Greece on December 3, 2024. Maestro in Blue will be released globally on Netflix this December 28, 2024. The series can only be watched with a subscription to the Netflix platform.
What happens in season 3 of Maestro in Blue?
Maestro in Blue follows the story of a talented musician called Orestis who arrives at a picturesque Greek island to lead a music festival. As he familiarises himself with the town's people and culture, he begins an unexpected romantic entalgement with a 19-year-old woman named Klelia who dreams of studying mucic.
As he becomes a regular on the island, he finds himself in the middle of people's problems and unexpectedly becomes involved in a murder mystery. In this season we will see the police investigations behind the murder and Orestis realizes that he will have to defend not only himself but also the woman he loves. Will their love story ever take off or will this unexpected hurdle in the path of love be too big of an obstacle for the pair? Only time will tell.
This final season from the Greek series will complete the narrative in a story and finally lead viewers into the light of what happens after two seasons of uncertainty and darkness.
