Mayor of Kingstown season 3 episode 9: Is Milo Sunter back?

In terms of the overall plot development, episode 9 of Mayor of Kingstown season 3 initially seemed bleak. However, towards the end, it took a complete 180-degree turn, setting the stage for major twists in the future.

For those unfamiliar with the series, Milo Sunter, one of the most notorious criminals in Kingstown, was presumed dead throughout season 3 of Mayor of Kingstown. This was after Russian mobster Konstantin Noskov had called a hit on him last season, and it was assumed that he was no more.

However, episode 9 of Mayor of Kingstown season 3, titled Home on the Range, unexpectedly brings back this infamous character, implying that he was never dead.

Milo Sunter is back in Mayor of Kingstown and no one knows what he will do next

When Milo Sunter was presumably killed by Konstantin Noskov's men in season 2 of Mayor of Kingstown, no one had hoped that the character would reappear. However, in Kingstown, the unthinkable happens.

Milo, who was bombed inside a yacht by Noskov's men in the previous season, is alive and waiting to seek revenge on Noskov for trying to get him killed and also killing his girlfriend, Tatiana. The amount of grievances Milo has towards Noskov is unparalleled. Therefore, it is difficult to determine the lengths he will go to harm him.

Following his appearance in the final few moments of the last episode, several members of the audience were made to believe that Milo was somehow associated with the bus incident that took place in episode 7 of the show. If that is the case, then Konstantin Noskov is surely doomed.

Everyone wants Iris to leave Kingstown

Despite Mike and Konstantin being poles apart, the one thing that they hold in common is their concern and care for Iris. Both Mike and Konstantin want Iris to leave Kingstown and start life afresh, away from all the chaos.

However, Iris has her reasons to stay behind. She is spying on Noskov on Mike's behalf, passing on valuable intel to him, so that he can catch him red-handed.

After all that Mike has done for Iris through the years, Iris feels that she owes it to him. Not only that, she has also developed a close connection with him, which also acts as one of the driving factors behind her helping Mike.

However, all her attempts at not leaving Kingstown almost went in vain in the show's latest episode as Konstantin forcibly initiated Iris's departure from the town.

In the latest episode of Mayor of Kingstown, Konstantin attempted to help Iris leave town by offering her some money. Like always, Iris refused to leave, but this time, Konstantin did not comply.

He instructed Roman to get a new identity for her. While Roman was collecting the required documents from a woman, he was suddenly shot at. Later, it was revealed that the shooter was none other than Milo.

Kyle is made aware of the problems Tracy is facing at work

Ever since Tracy started working closely on Cherry's case, she has been subjected to gaslighting and manipulation from her co-workers. In episode 7 of the show, her colleague Will Breen threatened and assaulted her in the parking lot, leaving Tracy scared.

In episode 8, Tracy went to Mike to report on the matter but still did not speak to her husband, Kyle. In the latest episode of Mayor of Kingstown, when Kyle noticed that Tracy's car had several dents, he asked where they were from.

Tracy initially hid the truth from him but later revealed that they were from her repeatedly driving into Breen's car earlier that day. She also told Kyle about Cherry's case and everything that happened since then. She also revealed that she had previously sought help from Mike on the matter.
