Midnight Family Season 1: Full list of cast in the series 

Midnight Family Season 1 is coming to Apple TV+ on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, bringing a piece of Mexico City and a fun and hard-working family of paramedics to the small screen.

The series is Apple's first Spanish-language drama and follows a medical student, Marigaby, who spends her nights working in their family-owned private ambulance. However, with her busy schedule — studying in the morning and working in the ambulance all over Mexico City at night — the pressure from both worlds soon threatens to drag her down. But Marigaby is "ambitious and gifted" and will do anything to stay afloat.

Renata Vaca, who starred in Saw X, plays Marigaby in the series and is joined by an impressive list of cast like Quantum of Solace's Joaquin Cosio, Diego Calva and more.

The Mexican actress takes the lead in the latest Apple TV+ series Midnight Family Season 1 as the rule-breaking medical student Marigaby Tamayo.

She's a hardworking young woman in the series who spends her mornings working towards becoming a doctor and her nights helping save people who need medical emergencies.

Vaca previously starred as Gabriel in the splatter horror Saw X and has worked on a handful of English and Mexican projects. She was in History Lessons and City of Dreams as well as Mexican telenovelas La Reina Soy Yo and Rosario Tijeras.

2) Joaquin Cosio as Ramon

The Quantum of Solace star returns to the silver screen as Ramon, the Tamayo patriarch, Marigaby's dad, and an excellent paramedic. He's a hard worker, but he has never found economic security from his noble work.

Outside of playing General Medrano in the James Bond movie, he was also in Suicide Squad as the Mayor General and Don Manuel in Rambo: Last Blood. He has also worked in numerous Mexican films and TV shows like Narcos Mexico, Las Buchanan de Tierra Blanca and Caras Vemos.

3) Diego Calva as Marcus

The Mexican actor-director, who starred as the contemporary city boy Miguel in the drama I Promise You Anarchy, joins the Midnight Family Season 1 as Marcus, Marigaby's brother.

Calva previously worked with Cosio in the crime drama Narcos Mexico before starring as Manny Torres in Babylon and Carlitos in City of Dreams. He also joined the cast of the Barcelona version of Bird Box and previously portrayed El Rubio in The Inmate series.

4) Sergio Bautista as Julito

The young actor debuts in the acting world as the youngest Tamayo sibling, Julito, in Midnight Family Season 1. He's a delightful character who brings a childlike perspective during the nocturnal horror of the family business.

Per his IMDb page, playing Julito Tamayo in the Apple TV+ medical drama is Sergio "Keko" Bautista's first acting gig.

5) Yalitza Aparicio as Nayeli

The Academy Award nominee returns to the silver screen to join the Midnight Family Season 1 cast as Nayeli. Her character remains a mystery, but a scene from the official trailer showed her being incredibly grateful towards Marigaby.

Aparicio earned her Oscars Best Actress nod for playing Cleo in Roma, which is her first acting role, per her IMDb page. She also appeared in Los Espookys, Presencias and The Great Seduction.
