Apple TV+'s Midnight Family is an all-Spanish original medical drama set in Mexico City. The series is based on a 2019 documentary of the same name, starring Renata Vaca and Ariel Award winner Joaquín Cosío. Cosio has previously been seen in stellar hits such as Narcos: Mexico and plays Ramón Tamayo, the father of Marigaby Tamayo.

The series revolves around Marigaby Tamayo, a talented medical student who uses her family-owned ambulance to save people across the city. The series has the following official synopsis:
