Don’t Come Home is a Thai mystery series premiered on Netflix on October 31, 2024. The six-part series was created by Thananuj Ebrahim and directed by Woottidanai Intarakaset. The award-winning director Woottidanai co-wrote the series with Aummaraporn Phandinthong.
Don’t Come Home tells the story of a young mother, Varee, searching for her missing daughter, Min. Her sudden disappearance from the ancestral home invites Varee to explore her own childhood and relationship with her mother, Panida. The show stars Woranuch Bhirombhakdi, Pitchapa Phanthumchinda, Cindy Sirinya Bishop, Thiraphat Sajakul and more.

"A mother must confront dark secrets from the past when her young daughter mysteriously vanishes after they move into her family’s eerie old mansion."

1) Woranuch Bhirombhakdi as Varee
Woranuch Bhirombhakdi plays a young mother named Varee, who returns to her ancestral home with her 5-year-old daughter, Min. But, a series of paranormal events lead to Min's disappearance from the Jarukanant mansion. Varee's search for her missing daughter leads her to uncover her own past trauma in Netflix's Don't Come Home.
The popular Thai actress made her feature film debut playing Nual in the 2005 romantic drama Midnight My Love. Moreover, she went on to play Thip in the horror drama The Haunted Drum in 2007.
Woranuch has worked extensively on television, having starred in shows like the 2008 action drama Brave Man Standing, as well as Pit Sawat, Loneliness Society, Game Rak Ao Keun, Khem Sorn Plai, Krachao Seeda, and many others.
2) Pitchapa Phanthumchinda as Fah
Pitchapa Phanthumchinda plays a pregnant police officer named Fah in Don't Come Home. She leads the investigation into Min's disappearance and uncovers a dark family secret buried within the walls of the Jarukanant mansion.
Pitchapa, also known as Pearl, played Yathip in the 2008 film Pirate of the Lost Sea and Nao in Necromancer 2020. Her television credits include You Touched My Heart, Love at First Night, Devil in Law, Two Worlds of Love, The Invincible, Repercussion, and Watsana Rak, among others.
3) Cindy Sirinya Bishop as Panida
Cindy Sirinya Bishop, a former beauty pageant winner and model, plays Varee’s mother, Panida, in the mystery series. Panida sets off the chain of events that lead to Min's disappearance and Varee's death in Don't Come Home.
Cindy has worked in films like The King Maker, All I See is You, Art of Eight Limbs, and the 2021 sci-fi film Karmalink.
Furthermore, she has starred in adaptations of American shows like Gossip Girl: Thailand, Ugly Betty Thailand, The OC Thailand, Drag Race Thailand, The Face Thailand, etc. Cindy has also appeared in original Thai shows like The Crown Princess, Home School, The Mind Game, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers, Fairy Magic, and Likit Ruk Likit Luerd, to name a few.
4) Ploypaphas Fonkaewsiwaporn as Min
Ploypaphas Fonkaewsiwaporn plays Varee's 5-year-old daughter, Min. She suddenly goes missing from the ancestral Jarukanant mansion, leading Varee and Fah to solve the mystery behind her disappearance.
Don't Come Home is Ploypaphas's first and only acting role as of this writing.
5) Thiraphat Sajakul as Yutthachai
In Don’t Come Home, Thiraphat Sajakul plays a cop and Varee’s abusive husband, Yutthachai. His cruelty forces Varee to run away with their young daughter to her ancestral home.
Thiraphat is known for starring in films like Thirteen Lives, One Day, The Maid, A Stranger in Paradise, etc.
The actor has appeared on television in shows like The Serpent, Sri Ayodhaya, Don't Touch My Dad, New Body, Same Heart, Fah Jarod Sai, and many others.
