Bethenny Frankel says her ex-fiance Paul Bernon's relationship with Aurora Culpo was embarrassing

RHONY alum Bethenny Frankel, on the July 7 episode of Just B With Bethenny Frankel podcast, reacted to news of her ex-fiance Paul Bernon dating Aurora Culpo, Olivia Culpo's sister.

Bethenny also mentioned that Aurora Culpo has been very public about her brand-new six-week relationship right after Bethenny and Paul's six-year relationship.

"It certainly was shocking and it's embarassing."

She added:

"Hearing about your ex-fiance committing to another woman shortly thereafter on their first date, and then being inside their relationship hearing about their s*x and their gifts and meeting each other's kid and the level of commitment. It was gutting. It was brutal.

Frankel and Bernon reportedly called it quits in May after six years of dating. In the recent podcast, Frankel also mentioned Paul had committed to Aurora after just six weeks of dating while they were together for six years.

In the recent podcast, Bethenny Frankel also called the breakup "rough" since she had to go through it twice, and the second time was worse since she had to hear about details of Paul moving on with Aurora Culpo. Bethenny also added that Aurora could have handled the situation differently:

"As women we have to think about the other woman. If you're the new woman, I think you have to tread lightly and be cautious about whoever the woman before you was. I think by sharing the details of your new relationship, you're disrespecting the last relationship."

In their Barely Filtered podcast, which was filmed in June, the Culpo Sisters discussed Aurora's new relationship. The two have been reportedly dating for two months, and Aurora revealed Paul is "still getting" to know her kids.

"He's still getting to know my kids. He's met them twice and, like, on FaceTime and stuff."

Aurora Culpo has two kids with her ex-husband, Michael "Mikey" Bortone. Son Remi, 6, and daughter Solei, 3. Paul has two kids, aged 14 and 17. When Olivia suggested that the two seem "very serious" since they have both met each other's kids, Aurora responded by saying she felt people made it a "bigger deal than it needs to be."

"My kids are so little, everybody's just a friend. It's not like we're making out in front of them."

Bethenny Frankel, in the recent podcast, also mentioned she's really proud that she "didn't take the bait" and stayed quiet. She also revealed she reached out to Olivia on social media, and the model was "really nice." She also mentioned she's happy and single, and at some point, she might start dating again.
