Netflix dropped a new poster for the upcoming season of its martial arts comedy-drama series Cobra Kai. The sixth season will be released in three parts, which will also be the final season of this epic chartbuster. The official Cobra Kai account on Instagram revealed the poster with the caption:
"All paths have led to this. The final battle begins July 18. Trailer drops Monday!"
After the first two seasons of Cobra Kai aired on YouTube Premium, it shifted to Netflix in June 2020, after which the other three seasons were released on the streamer. After the fifth season was released in September 2022, Netflix renewed the show for the sixth and final season on January 20, 2023.
This martial-art-based series is set as a sequel to The Karate Kid films and is linked to the same franchise. The series currently holds a commendable IMDb rating of 8.5/10 and has a 94% Tomatometer score on Rotten Tomatoes.

As the first part of the final season of the show is nearing, Netflix has revealed a new poster that was posted on the show's official social media accounts. The poster features Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, who helm the frame and are seen in their boxing stance, followed by the other cast members, who are also seen posing in various defensive and attacking martial arts stances.
Earlier, Netflix released a date announcement trailer on May 2, 2024.

In the same video, Netflix revealed that the new season will be a three-part event with 15 episodes.

What is Cobra Kai all about?
The series is set 34 years after the 1984 All Valley Karate championship. Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence engage in combat yet again and reignite their rivalry.

"Thirty four years after events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, a down-and-out Johnny Lawrence seeks redemption by reopening the infamous ....Kai dojo, reigniting his rivalry with a now successful Daniel LaRusso."
