Power Book II: Ghost Season 4 (Part 2) will grace the screens on Friday, September 6. The first five episodes of the season are now streaming, and while the show went on a short break, the remaining five episodes are soon to follow. The mid-season finale left fans on the edge of their seats, and fans are excited to see what's next for Tariq St. Patrick.
St. Patrick is the son of an infamous drug dealer, Ghost. He decides to enter the drug game himself upon his father's death, and the show explores both facets of his life: his Ivy League college student life and his newfound status as a drug dealer. The first three seasons see him doing just that, and season 4 promises equal, if not more, tension and drama.
In the midseason finale, we see Tariq coming to terms with fatherhood. After sharing a night of passion with Diana, he eventually learns she is pregnant. He's also simultaneously dealing with unresolved issues from his past, such as a hallucination of him killing his father. Diana decides to keep the baby, but Tariq's side business casts a long shadow over their relationship.

The official synopsis for Part 2 reads:
"In light of Season Three’s explosive finale, it’s Tariq St. Patrick and Brayden Weston against the world. With new alliances formed in each faction, Tariq and Brayden must find a way back into the game — and a way to insulate themselves from ever being put in the same situation again."
The synopsis for Power Book II: Ghost Season 4 (Part 2) also reveals that Brayden now engages in a new, more reckless lifestyle, prompting Tariq to wonder if there's a place for the both of them on top. It also says that while Monet has met her maker, "she has no idea who’s behind it."
It further reveals that Davis is suspended, with a disbarment imminent, following his brother's death. He has now fully embraced his dark side and has since come to work for both sides, but his loyalty hinges on whatever is most beneficial. Effie, on the other hand, has decided to mend her ways and focus on a life at Stanford.
Power Book II: Ghost Season 4 (Part 2) also touches on Diana and Dru, who are now wondering about their roles in their fields, while Cane is on a mission to level up while. He also starts working for Noma, who's fighting to stake her claim in business in the US, all while trying to keep an eye on her child, Anya.
