Recap of Superman & Lois season 4 episode 5
Episode 5 of the season focused primarily on Lex Luthor and his relationship with his daughter. With Lex knowing that Superman is alive, Lois and Clark decide to seek out his daughter so she can reason with him. Lois successfully finds her but realizes that Elizabeth Luthor wants nothing to do with her father. However, she still pleads for help, and Elizabeth agrees to aid her.
Lex reunites with his daughter after 17 years, and they catch up on their lives. While their initial meeting doesn't go well, Clark convinces Elizabeth to talk to Lex again. On the other hand, Lois tries to find a backup plan in case Elizabeth isn't able to convince Lex to stop coming after them. She then finds her father's device that can be used to contact Doomsday.
Later in the episode, Elizabeth returns to meet Lex, and the father-daughter duo share a heartfelt moment with each other.
