On June 26, model, media personality, socialite, and businesswoman Kendall Jenner took to Instagram and shared a carousel of images from her midnight visit to the Louvre Museum in Paris. She captioned her post:

“The Louvre at midnight.”

Reportedly, she was on a private date with her boyfriend and Puerto Rican rapper, singer, and record producer Bad Bunny.

Among the series of images were several renowned artworks, including Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa and Paola Veronese’s The Wedding at Cana, with Kendall Jenner facing them with her back to the camera and her bare feet visible underneath her long black skirt and top ensemble.

In the wake of this, the pictures of her without her shoes on have gone viral and stirred up online conversations. While some are trolling/ slamming her for going barefoot, others think she’s enjoying the best life. Here are some of the reactions from X.

Hence, Kendall Jenner’s choice was not a breach of protocol even though it may have been unorthodox, as per travel expert Nicole Campoy Jackson’s statement to People on June 27, 2024. She also noted that Kendall Jenner’s after-hours visit was a private, paid-for tour.

Kendall Jenner has been in Paris all through last week for the ongoing Paris Fashion Week. On June 23, she attended the Vogue World Paris, an annual fashion event for the publication.
