The teaser for The Penguin episode 7 sees Sal Maroni force Oswald to take him to where he has set up shop for his bliss operation, while the story's lead demands to know where his mother is.

The teaser ends with Sofia seeking out Julian Rush to help her find ways to hurt Oswald. It looks like The Penguin episode 7 will inflict pain on Oswald right where it hurts.

Recap of The Penguin episode 6
The Penguin episode 6 sees Oswald run his Bliss operation from the underground tunnels in Gotham while Sofia and Sal find ways to get revenge on him. The two then kill a few of his supplier's men to send a message to him and this makes other crime families want to back out working with Oswald.
However, this leads Oswald to improvise and give out Bliss for free to create further demand.
On the other hand, Sofia and Sal try to figure out whether Oswald has someone close to him they can hurt. This leads Sofia to seek out Eve Karlo who gives up Oswald's location when she learns that he helped Carmine Falcone cover up the murders of the women who were close to her.
The episode then sees Oswald meet with the crime families to get them on his side.
After a rousing speech, Oswald is successful in getting them to work with him again, however, he leaves his mother and Victor defenseless.
This leads to Sofia walking into his hideout at Crown Point and discovering that Oswald's mother is still alive. The episode ends with Sofia holding a crowbar as she sees Victor and Francis dancing in the living room.
What can fans expect from The Penguin episode 7?
Going into The Penguin episode 7, fans can expect to see Sofia and Sal having an upper hand over Oswald. Given that he has wronged them in the past and they are thirsty for revenge, they will be looking to hurt Oswald.
However, the fate of Francis Cobb and Victor remains a mystery as the preview for The Penguin episode 7 leaves that ambiguous.
The teaser for The Penguin episode 7 also sees Sal demand that Oswald show him where he is running his Bliss operation. Given that Oswald doesn't have a choice at this moment, this will likely hurt his operation.
Not to mention, it will also hurt the goodwill he has created with the rest of the crime families in the city.
