“What a finale:” The Boys ends the season on a high note, fans say it’s the best episode

Season four of The Boys ended its eight-episode run on Prime Video on July 18, 2024. The finale had a lot to offer to the fans and viewers.

The episode originally titled Assassination Run which was renamed by the showrunners as Season Four Finale, showed Victoria Neuman dead, Homelander taking over the government, Butcher's superpowers, Kimiko finally speaking, Ryan killing Grace, and last but not the least the Solider Boy's cameo, to end it all.

Kripke made the season finale exquisite, enthralling, and of course with classic Kripke gore. Fans seemed impressed after Kripke's coup de grace. A user on X commented about the season finale and wrote -

When will The Boys season 5 come out?

Season five of The Boys, which will serve as the final season, will start filming in November 2024, as reported by media outlets. There has been no official date regarding the premiere of the final season announced by the streamer or Kripke himself, however after filming wraps season five can be expected by mid-end 2026.

With Butcher getting his new powers, Soldier Boy on the verge of getting up, and Ashley Barrett taking Temp V, things are now on a roll.

Viewers will anticipate gore, brutality, heartbreaking deaths, sacrifices, and a diabolical concluding season.
