Zachery Ty Bryan, the popular Home Improvement star was arrested on Friday, October 25, 2024, on suspicion of driving under the influence and without a license. As per Fox News, the actor has been arrested in Oklahoma, and the police have confirmed:
“[Bryan] was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence for a second felony offence and then driving without a valid driver's license.”
As mentioned by the police in their statement, Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested more than once this year, as his previous run-in with the law took place in February 2024. Home Improvement actor, Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested on October 25. However, this is not Bryan’s first arrest or charge, as he has been in legal trouble many times in the past. It is worth noting that the authorities issued another statement when they arrested Bryan in February 2024. According to their statement to Fox News Digital at the time:
"Deputies assigned to the La Quinta Sheriff’s Station conducted a traffic stop in the area of Washington Street and Calle Tampico in La Quinta on a vehicle suspected of being involved in a recent traffic collision. When deputies contacted the driver, they observed indications of impairment, leading to the driver’s arrest for driving under the influence with priors."
As per Mor TV, this was Zachery Ty Bryan’s fourth arrest as he has been arrested some times in the past too. In 2020, the actor was arrested in Oregon, on many charges, including coercion, interference with making reports, harassment, and many more.
As per the supposed victim who claimed to be the actor’s partner, Bryan allegedly obstructed her breathing and snatched her phone as she tried to dial 911. In 2021, Zachery Ty Bryan was charged with two misdemeanor counts, including menacing and assault. At the time, he was sentenced to three years of probation, among other conditions by the court.
Furthermore, as per The Hollywood Reporter, the actor has also been linked with a fraudulent agriculture-technology startup scheme in 2023. The publication claimed that Bryan got thousands of dollars from various people in exchange for fake contracts. As per the publication, the actor allegedly earned close to $50,000 in the fraud.
