White Lotus actor Lukas Gage and celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton have finalized their divorce settlement. It comes seven months after pulling the plug in their short-lived marriage.

The 29-year-old actor, who has been open about his split, is moving to officially regain his single status. He and his ex-husband, the 40-year-old hairstylist for Kim Kardashian, have entered a divorce settlement waiving spousal support. Both parties have signed court documents detailing their stipulated judgment, according to documents obtained by several publications on Friday, June 7.

The “declaration for uncontested dissolution” filed to the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles detailed the former couple’s written agreement regarding the dissolution of their union.

The news of Gage and Appleton’s split came in November 2023, which made waves as the ex-couple decided to divorce after just over half a year of marriage.

Lukas Gage and Chris Appleton waive spousal support in divorce settlement

Although the full details of the former couple’s divorce settlement weren’t shared, the filing stressed that all issues between Lukas Gage and Chris Appleton have been resolved. The document also details the former couple’s postnuptial agreement, which established rules on property division, spousal support, and reimbursement of attorney fees if they ever decided to split.

Both have agreed:

“That no community property would be created between the couple alongside a waiver of support in the event of the dissolution of their marriage.”

Given that the ex-couple had no community property, they acknowledge that they have separate assets and liabilities, with no claim on each other’s properties. The filing mentioned:

“Neither party shall have any right, title, or interest in the separate property of the other.”

The former couple initially sparked romance rumors after being photographed on a Mexico holiday trip in February 2023 before making their red carpet debut at a Vanity Fair Event in March. The next month, Lukas Gage confirmed their marriage via a carousel of images and videos in a now-deleted Instagram post from their Las Vegas ceremony where the reality TV star and Skims founder Kim Kardashian officiated.

However, in November, Chris Appleton filed to end his marriage to the White Lotus star.

Lukas Gage, without going into further details, has called his marriage to the celebrity hairstylist a “manic episode for six months” during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in September 2023.

He discussed his whirlwind romance with Appleton, saying that they only dated for two months before deciding on getting engaged and subsequently getting married in matching fur coats in Las Vegas.

Admitting to being impulsive when it comes to romance, Lukas Gage said:

“That’s kind of how I roll. I’m a little impulsive. But that was probably one of the most unhinged things I’ve ever done in my life, and I’ll probably have six other marriages.”

As for Chris Appleton, he’s never publicly addressed the divorce nor shared any other reason for his and Gage’s split.
