On June 10, E! announced that American actress and television personality Denise Richards and her family will have a 30-minute 'comedic docuseries' all set to premiere in 2025. The working title for the docuseries is Denise Richards and the Wild Things.
The Wild Things actress has three daughters, two of whom she shares with her ex-husband, Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen. Eldest daughter, Sami Sheen, born in 2004, Lola Sheen, born in 2005, and adopted daughter, Eloise, born in 2011. Denise went on to marry Aaron Phypers in September 2019.
While talking about the new docuseries in a press release, Denise said,
"My family and I are thrilled to return home to E! Sami and Lola were just 3 and 4 years old when we first shared our story and now we've come full circle. (Producer) Alex Baskin and I met when I joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I loved doing that show."
She added,
"This is the perfect partnership for our family's series as our lives are full of fun, love and unpredictability, and we can't wait for the audience to share this adventure with us."
The actress previously had her own show on E!, Denise Richards: It's Complicated, from 2008 to 2009. She also appeared on two seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2019 to 2020.
Who are Denise Richards' daughters?
Denise Richards shares two daughters, Sami and Lola Sheen, with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen. The couple finalized their divorce while Denise was pregnant with Lola. Sami Sheen launched her OnlyFans account in June 2022, while her mother publicly supported her decision and wrote on Instagram,
"Sami I will always support you & always have your back. I love you."
While Charlie told E! News,
"Since I'm unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy and creative and not sacrifice her integrity."
As per Hello Magazine, Lola Sheen has a restaurant job and has never seen her mom's reality TV show. During an appearance on the podcast Do I Know You last year, Lola, while talking about her mom's reality TV show, said,
"I always wanted to look at things that are more talking about positive things and not a lot of drama."
The two sisters lead opposite lives, with Lola being a devout Christian who posts Bible verses on her Instagram account.
Denise Richards adopted a third daughter, Eloise Joni Richards, in 2011. While speaking to People in March, Denise revealed Eloise has a chromosomal disorder that has caused her developmental delays.
In the same interview, Denise also opened up about raising her kids and expressed that it is hard to keep them grounded.
Richards' new reality show is set to be released in 2025. The docuseries is executive produced by Alex Baskin, Joe Kingsley, and Jeff Festa for 32 Flavors, Richards for Smoke and Mirrors Entertainment, and Adam Griffin.
