Elisa Jordana, a former writer for The Howard Stern Show, pled guilty to battery on May 20, 2024, after a livestream of her physically assaulting her partner, Bahram Alipour, went viral on social media. Court documents retrieved by Page Six on July 5 showed that Jordana, arrested in April for battery, received a 12-month probation and a small fine.

The judge also ordered that she take a mental health evaluation and undergo any treatment recommended by the evaluator, along with 12 hours of anger management classes and 45 hours of community service.

Elisa Jordana could appeal for an early termination of her probation after the six-month mark, which will be decided based on whether the conditions of her agreement are met.

Elisa Jordana's livestream with her partner went viral in April

Elisa Jordana, whose real name is Elisa Schwartz, uploaded a livestream to her YouTube page titled 'Not Doing Good', where she was seen driving in Palm Beach, Florida, with her partner, Bahram Alipour.

According to The New York Post, the couple seemingly had a disagreement after Jordana alleged Alipour was sending money to another woman. During the livestream, she also reportedly called the woman and talked to her on the phone, threatening to post explicit pictures of her online.

Elisa Jordana then began to hit Alipour across the face several times and also punched his arm. During one vicious hit across his face, he said:

“She just like, almost broke my nose. F*ck you, c**t!”

Alipour could also be heard warning Jordana not to touch him several times, threatening he would "f*cking deck" her. After a point, he retaliated and dragged her by her hair, trying to get her to pull over the car.

He finally pushed her out of the car, after which Jordana could be seen running down the road and getting into the vehicle of a passerby. Alipour walked back to the driver's side and shut off the livestream.

Elisa Jordana issued an apology statement after her arrest

Elisa Jordana was charged with felony battery when Palm Beach Sheriff's deputies arrested her hours after the livestream ended. Following her release, she issued an apology statement via The Daily Mail.

“I just want to say I’m so sorry for what I portrayed on my livestream that everyone saw. This is not what I want to give to the world and it sucks that I got into such a sadness and anger — it was a really negative representation of who I am,” she said.

In a statement to TMZ, she added that she was thankful that she livestreamed the incident as she feared for her life after her partner retaliated.

"When I slapped him, I didn't want to kill him, I just wanted to slap him. That's all I wanted to do, I was just mad... I felt when he was, like, strangling me, and when he was pulling my hair and shaking my head so violently... I felt he was trying to kill me," she said.

In a separate statement to UNILAD, the YouTuber reiterated that the livestream saved her life, saying she was "thrilled" the ordeal was over. She added that she was "heartbroken" and "regretful" about the incident.
