Paradise season 1 is a political crime drama series set to release on January 28, 2025, on Hulu. The show narrates the story of a secret service agent named Agent Xavier Collins, who becomes the prime suspect in the murder of the President of the United States. The series is created by Dan Fogelman, who is well-known for the family drama This Is Us.

Set in the fictional town of Paradise, the series follows Agent Xavier Collins, head of security for President Cal Bradford, who one morning finds him dead on the bedroom floor. Being the last person to see the President alive, Collins soon finds himself in custody among powerful bureaucrats determined to prove him guilty.

Paradise season 1 features a talented primary cast, including Sterling K. Brown in the leading role. He is joined by actors James Marsden, Sarah Shahi, Aliyah Mastin, Percy Daggs IV, Julianne Nicholson, and Krys Marshall.

1) Sterling K. Brown

In Paradise season 1, Sterling K. Brown portrays Agent Xavier Collins, who works in the National Secret Security. He is the head of security for President Cal Bradford, who one morning finds him murdered on the bedroom floor. Collins discovers his body and is the last person to see him alive. He soon becomes the prime suspect in a high-profile murder.

Sterling K. Brown is a three-times Prime Time Emmy-awarded actor, best known for playing the role of Christopher Darden in the 2016 series The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

2) James Marsden

James Marsden plays the role of President Cal Bradford in Paradise season 1. Xavier is the head of security for Cal and shares a close yet complex bond with him. As per Cal, the world in Paradise season 1 is far more corrupt than the government shows. The murder of Cal Bradford is motivated by a cruel political strategy handled by powerful bureaucrats and business moguls.

James Marsden is an American actor best known for his appearances in television series during the 1990s and 2000s. Some of his major screen credits include Saved by the Bell: The New Class (1993), Party of Five (1995), The Notebook (2004), Superman Returns (2006), Emchanted (2007), Westworld (2016), and Dead to Me (2019).

As per the trailer of Paradise season 1, Sarah Shahi appears to play a character who believes in Agent Xavier Collins' innocence. After Collins is entangled in the plans of powerful government officials trying to frame him, she tries to help him escape the conspiracy.

Sarah Shahi, also known as Aahoo Jahansouzshahi, is best known for her roles in various television series. She is majorly recognized for playing Detective Dani Resse in Rand Ravich's crime drama Life.
