What to expect from Presumed Innocent episode 3?

In the upcoming episode, viewers can expect the case against Rusty to intensify. With Raymond as his attorney, Rusty shall look to build an alibi for himself and prove his innocence in court. On the other hand, the new prosecution attorney, Tommy Molto, will be on the lookout for evidence condemning Rusty

At the end of episode 2, Rusty receives a mysterious text from an unknown individual who says they saw him at the scene of the crime. This message and its implications will likely be explored in the upcoming installment as well.

The Sabich family shall also come into the spotlight amid the media frenzy surrounding the case. Rusty's wife Barbara might try to protect her family, privacy, and reputation as the accusations against Rusty conflict with her healing from the affair and her feelings for her husband.
