The season two finale of Reginald the Vampire starts with Sarah who does not want to listen to the mysterious voice, that insists she goes through the gift shop door. She wants answers instead.
Maurice and Reginald discuss Claire’s prophecy, which says Reginald must sacrifice himself to save all the vampires. However, Reginald is focused on avenging Sarah by killing Uriel, planning to pluck his feathers and burn him alive.
Maurice wants to save the vampires and Reginald, but Reginald reveals Balestro’s gift to Maurice, which will make him powerful, though its nature is unknown. Reginald also hopes Uriel will take him to the same place he took Sarah.
Reginald and Maurice do not find Uriel
Later in the season two finale of Reginald the Vampire, they don’t find Uriel in his common hideout spot. Reginald reminisces after he finds a tiny surfboard that he owned previously. He also reminisces about Sarah, while Maurice tries to convince him that it is not Reginald’s fault that she was killed.
Now that the vamps are safe, we witness how Reginald feels miserable about Sarah’s death. Todd and Reginald talk about Reginald’s feelings. Todd who also lost his loved Mike, talks him through his grief.
Reginald's superpower is now revealed
Later in the season two finale of Reginald the Vampire, Todd pauses for a second and Reginald seems worried initially. We get a glimpse of his superpower for the first time. Later, he shows Maurice his new Balestro featured superpower.
Reginald and Balestro now share the superpower of stopping time and Maurice and Reginald decide to beta-test it so that he can master his superpower. Penelope and LeBron are the first test subjects. Reginald pauses LeBron and Penelope freaks out. Next up, Penelope is frozen.
For now, Reginald realizes that he can pause one person at a time for less than one minute. A limited superpower!
Kill him while he is frozen
Reginald decides to freeze Uriel and kill him while he is frozen, as he reveals to his mates. The scene soon shifts to a very insignificant one, where Irma has apartment problems as her landlord doesn’t let her in her room.
Meanwhile, Maurice and Angela talk about Reginald and the prophecy. While Maurice thinks that Reginald can kill Uriel, Angela does not think the same. Maurice talks about clearing Angela’s conscience but first, he has to find Uriel before Reginald does.
Uriel is found
Uriel kneels in a church while making a confession prayer and remembers all his brothers and friends. He wants God the Father to answer why he is in such a miserable and guilty state. Meanwhile, Maurice locates him with his vamp hearing.
Slushy shack chaos
After Todd gets a phone call while in the Slushy shack, an earthquake or an invisible ghost attack shakes up the entire store and everything goes haywire. Meanwhile, Maurice and Reginald are spotted outside the church. Reginald talks to Maurice, who tries to convince him not to kill Uriel but Reginald tells him not to interfere while he does the killing.
The scene soon shifts to Todd. Mike comes back to him via an invisible portal but Todd cannot hug him because he is still dead but alive! Todd calls Mike his guardian angel ghost, while they try to figure out how Mike has returned.
Uriel is forgiven
Reginald takes out his flame thrower inside the church and tests it for the first time. He then finds Uriel sleeping in the church in no time and Uriel gets up after hearing the hiss of the gas. Soon, Reginald uses his Balestro-given superpower and pauses him. Before executing Uriel, he talks about how Sarah should have lived.
Although he pauses Gabriel multiple times, he cannot gather the courage to kill him. Ultimately, he forgives Uriel and commands him to leave and not to come back ever again.
While Uriel is leaving, he tells Reginald that he can take him to Sarah, and Reginald who is also leaving, turns back and looks at Uriel and tells him to take him back to Sarah.
A place between places
Reginald and Uriel teleport to where Sarah is, the mysterious room, which Uriel calls a 'place between places'. The two go ahead to look for Sarah. The scene then shifts to Todd and Mike who have a lot of fun conversations at the Slushy shack, until Mike vanishes.
Later, Angela and Maurice return to Todd to find out if he has seen Reginald. This is when Todd reveals to Maurice and Angela about Mike’s ghost. Maurice’s friend is also in the shack and she describes to Maurice how her landlord has thrown her out. Maurice tells her to wait the day out before she leaves.
Reginald finally meets Sarah
Reginald and Sarah finally reunite, but after their hug, Sarah slaps Uriel. Reginald explains that Uriel didn’t kill him but brought him to her. Uriel asks for forgiveness, but Sarah refuses. Uriel then says his final goodbyes and exits through the gift shop door.
Reginald and Sarah are now stuck in a place between worlds and must find a way back to the human world. Sarah spots white stairs that look like the stairway to heaven. They decide to explore them while Reginald shares his feelings with her. The stairs lead them to a park they often visit, where a flying toaster appears.
Meanwhile, Maurice and Angela go to help Irma, They knock down the property owner and another man with him and tell Irma to pack her things and leave. Later, Maurice tells Angela how he wants her to be there when the war comes and stand by his side. She decides to stay after giving it a thought and then kisses Maurice.
The episode then shifts to Todd, who is in the slushy shack talking to Mike, who is nowhere to be seen. He begs him to come back.
Sarah sees herself as a vampire for the first time
Reginald and Sarah are in the park once again, talking to the toaster. The toaster is like a grant-wishing machine and has answers to questions. Reginald wants the toaster to answer how Sarah can go back home. He insists the the toaster to solve the riddle of their way back home. Soon, the toaster reveals that there is good news for both.
Soon, Sarah wakes up on her bed and can’t believe what has just happened. She is back in the human world once again, undead. As she checks herself in the mirror, she is in disbelief. But wait, she is not home yet! They are still in the park, toasting on toasts and it was all a dream.
While the toaster talks about a balance of life and how the two can go home, by maintaining the balance, Reginald has a vision, in which he runs back and calls for Sarah in the toaster-induced dream. In the dream, Sarah is a vampire and she finds that out when the sun burns her skin for the first time as she screams to Reginald ~ 'I’m a mother fu**ing vampire.'
