SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 3 will be released on August 18, 2024. With the two-episode premiere of the military drama series's concluding season seeing the Bravo Team in bloody combat, the excitement for the next episode has risen.
The action seems to follow Master Chief Jason Hayes (played by David Boreanaz) and his crew of elite military members despite being out of active duty, making it evident that Bravo's future in the series is going to be filled with twists and turns.
The Bravo Team has received its first assignment, which was supposed to be simple and away from real action, after their shore duty. However, a terrorist attack in Sweden changed it all.
They are now in the middle of combat, but without the necessary weapons and resources. But the elite team that they are, they beat the enemy, but every combat comes with consequences, and the trauma they try to bury rears its ugly head.

A brief recap of SEAL Team Season 7 Episodes 1 and 2
The two-episode premiere of SEAL Team Season 7 kicked off with a flashback of the bloody IED attack and the Bravo Team dealing with the aftermath as well as their then-sidelined member Clay Spenser (played by Max Thieriot)'s death. The team was put on shore leave because Jason Hayes "embarrassed Command and the Navy" with his very public TBI revelation.
Jason spends time with his kids, Ray (played by Neil Brown Jr.) is trying to pursue giving officers better health and mental care while on service, while Sonny (played by AJ Buckley) is left with the odd job of cleaning dog poop.
Away from active duty, Bravo continued with their life and their pranks until one day, Blackburn called them for a new assignment. However, they were nowhere closer to the elite projects they once had. Instead, they will spend a month in Sweden to train the Swedish SOG or as Clay's replacement, Omar (played by Raffi Barsaumian), had put it, they were going to "train tomorrow's enemies today."
In Sweden, what should have been an action-less assignment turned bloody when the Bravo 1 SEAL Team found itself in the middle of a terrorist attack. A car bomb went off in a nearby mall, and with police officers refusing to try and neutralize the shooters, the Bravo Team made it their mission instead.
While some of them tended to the wounded, Jason went after one of the shooters, but without enough gunpowder, he was forced to a hand-to-hand combat with the terrorist.
Bravo's leader stabbed the shooter to a bloody death until another terrorist appeared, planning to kill him. Fortunately for Jason, their new member, Drew (played by Beau Knapp) shot the terrorist before he could kill Jason.
It's a job well done for the Bravo Team at the beginning of SEAL Team Season 7, despite Jason feeling a little shaken after killing one of the terrorists. However, when they came home, Command wasn't too happy about them despite their heroic act in Sweden.
With Command thinking that they compromised their assignment in the foreign country, Bravo's future remains uncertain.
What to expect from SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 3?
SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 3, which is titled "Ships in the Night," is set to deliver intense revelations about what happened to the Bravo Team in Sweden.
Jason Hayes has already shown that killing the terrorist had greatly affected him, which was why he didn't see the other shooter trying to end his life in the first place. Moreover, when he returned to US soil, he was plagued with nightmares, including his past traumas, and that will be a significant subject in the upcoming episode.
Moreover, with the Bravo Team still on shore duty, Episode 3 is expected to shed light on the future of the elite team. Bravo also has a new unofficial member in tow, Drew, who seems to be a mystery for most of the Bravo. Viewers will see more of their dynamic, especially after he saves Bravo's team leader.
