SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 8 will air next Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 3 a.m. ET and it promises more chaos and tension-filled missions for the Bravo Team, especially now that Bravo 1 is back in action.

Previously on SEAL Team Season 7, Bravo is tested by their demons and hang-ups while stateside and waiting for their next mission. Ray lost his cool after meeting Ben, who was indirectly part of Clay's death. Sonny and Omar set Drew straight about self-sabotaging after his horrific past with Echo. Meanwhile, Jason's TBI is rearing its ugly head, and Mikey's overdose didn't help.

In the end, Jason decided to return to active duty just in time for Bravo to go on a new mission in Honduras. While very little of their operation is seen in Episode 7, they did uncover hidden cash that they later burned. In Episode 8, titled Appetite for Destruction, Bravo is set to face the wrath of their enemies.

A brief recap of SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 7

After a successful mission of bringing Jun Yilin to the authorities in Thailand, Bravo is reunited with Jason stateside in Episode 7. However, their return home after a high-stakes mission in Southeast Asia wasn't peaceful. The Bravo Team, especially Jason, Ray, and Drew, continues to battle their personal issues, which came creeping up the moment they returned to the US.

Jason is still dealing with the aftermath of Mikey's surgery and overdose. He's blaming himself for it, calling it "his mistake." He also feels like he doesn't have an identity outside of Bravo and the Navy, which was obvious after his less-than-enthusiastic response to the offer of heading the TBI project.

Ray is also struggling with his impending retirement after feeling like he left the Bravo Team to the wolves in Episode 6. He also lashed out at Ben after Sonny brought the latter to Spencer House, making it obvious that he still blames Ben for his part in Clay's death.

Meanwhile, Drew is self-sabotaging, according to Sonny and Omar. After Drew didn't make it to the briefing of their Honduras mission, the duo confronted Drew. They found him drunk and possibly on painkillers in his "house on wheels" and proceeded to lecture him about alienating his teammates because he was scared that what happened with Echo would happen again.

In the final scenes of Episode 7, however, most of their personal issues are either addressed or sidelined. Jason is still unsure about his future. Drew's trauma and his family secrets remain.

However, Sonny and Ray talked and Ray said sorry for losing his cool with Ben. Sonny, for his part, admitted that he could have given Ray a heads-up before bringing Ben to Spencer House. They ended their conversation on a hopeful note, with Sonny telling Ray that he will have more opportunities to help other veterans like Ben via Spencer House.

Meanwhile, during their joint mission with the CIA in Honduras, Bravo found piles of hidden cash in one of the warehouses they raided. They've also set up hidden cameras to find out the people behind the operation.

What to expect in SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 8

Episode 8 is titled "Appetite for Destruction," which promises more action for the Bravo Team in the coming episode. They are on the beginning of another mission with an ex-Special Forces colonel as their new enemy.

After the mountain of cash that they found and burned, their enemies are expected to retaliate. And with the series heading to its finale with only a couple more episodes left, the next episode is expected to bring more drama and action for the favorite SEAL Team.
