Mark meets his new team members in Severance season 2 episode 1

After the events of Severance season 1, innie Mark awakens within the familiar corridors of Lumon. He goes running through a maze of corridors to find the wellness center, where Ms. Casey/Gemma worked, only to find it replaced with new furniture and no sign of her.
Back at his MDR department, Mark meets his new team members, who are essentially replacements of his old co-workers from the company's various branches around the world. He meets the senior Mark W. (replacement for Irving), an unnamed Italian man who barely speaks any English (replacement for Dylan), and a young woman named Gwendolyn (replacement for Helly).
He also meets the new deputy manager, Miss Huang, who is literally a child in Severance season 2 episode 1.
Just then, Milchick greets a stunned Mark with 'welcome back' balloons. He learns that Milchick has been promoted as the new manager after Cobel's firing in Severance season 1 episode 8. He also informs Mark that five months have passed since his group attempted to override the severance program, which, to his surprise, has made them famous and the 'face of severance reform.'
But Mark is eager to know about his old colleagues—Dylan, Irving, and Helly. Milchick informs him that their respective outies have refused to let them return to Lumon anymore. Unwilling to believe him, Mark demands to speak to them directly, but Milchick informs him sternly that it's not possible.
He returns to his desk and is quizzed about his 'adventure' by Gwendolyn, who asks him about the skies and the winds in the outside world.
Desperate to meet his friends, Mark tries to frame Mark W. by writing a note to his outie on the latter's behalf and leaving it where it can be found. Sure enough, Milchick gets a hold of the note but immediately recognizes Mark's handwriting and calls him out the next day. Frustrated by Mark's repeated attempts at disruption, Milchick snatches away his ID card and tells him he's fired.

Do Helly, Irving, and Dylan return to Lumon in Severance season 2 episode 1?

However, Mark finds himself back at Lumon the next day and, to his surprise, is reunited with Dylan, Irving, and Helly. They all seem confused as the last time they were awake was during the overtime contingency.
Milchick takes the group to the break room and shows them an animated video about the company's latest reforms. The group anticipates some form of punishment for the overtime contingency, but are instead praised for their heroic act, which has come to be known as the Macrodat Uprising.
Furthermore, Milchick gives the innies the freedom to decide whether they want to continue or permanently leave the company by the end of the day. Before they can make a decision, Dylan asks the others what they saw in the outside world (since he was operating the overtime contingency from inside Lumon). Mark informs them that his outie's dead wife, Gemma, is in fact Ms. Casey.
Irving, heartbroken that Burt has a partner in the outside world, tells the others that "it's not our world up there." Later, he confides in Dylan that he wants to leave, as it is the only way he can be with Burt. He also mentions the paintings of dark corridors he found in his outie's home. But Dylan manages to convince his friend to stay and find out what is going on.
In the end, they all decide to stay at Lumon and resume their work from their respective desks.
Helly and Dylan keep secrets from the others in Severance season 2 episode 1

While discussing the outie experience, Helly hides the fact that she is the daughter of Jame Eagan, the company's current CEO, and underwent the severance procedure to win people's support for the illegal program.
She lies and makes up a story about her outie living a boring life alone in an apartment. Perhaps Helly fears being seen as a possible successor to the company they are fighting against.
At the end of Severance season 2 episode 1, Milchick shows Dylan the blueprint for the company's latest project, the Outie Family Visitation Suite. He informs Dylan that it can help him meet his son and wife, whose name he learns is Gretchen. He also tells Dylan to keep it a secret from others as they are single and may not understand its significance.
Season 2's premiere episode ends on a cryptic note, wherein Mark is seen working at his desk, followed by flashes of Ms. Casey’s face.
