Released on January 24, 2025, Severance season 2 episode 2 is titled Goodbye, Mrs. Selvig. The latest episode of the Apple TV+ series is written by Mohamad El Masri and directed by Sam Donovan.
It focuses exclusively on the outies of Mark, Irving, and Dylan as they bear the brunt of the actions of the overtime contingency. Meanwhile, Helly's outie, Helena, spearheads Lumon's efforts at fixing the damage done to the severance program's future and the company's reputation.

1) Michael Siberry as Jame Eagan
Michael Siberry plays Jame Eagan, the current CEO of Lumon. He gets furious with his daughter Helena, calling her a fetid moppet, after her innie exposes Lumon's mistreatment of severed employees during a high-profile event to promote the severance program.
The Australian actor, Michael Siberry, has previously worked in the Oscar-winning film Birdman, directed by Alejandro Iñárritu. He has appeared in the shows House of Cards, Boardwalk Empire, Jessica Jones, and The Last Tycoon, to name a few.
2) Ólafur Darri Ólafsson as Mr. Drummond
Ólafur Darri Ólafsson plays Mr. Drummond, the head of Lumon security in Severance season 2 episode 2. He spies on the outie Mark and his sister, Devon, and reports back to Helena.
The American-born Icelandic actor has worked in films like The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Zoolander 2, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, and The Spy Who Dumped Me.
