Severance season 2, the latest season of the dystopian thriller series, premiered on January 17, 2025, on Apple TV+. Featuring 10 episodes, it is set to conclude on March 21, 2025. Dan Erickson created the series, which is produced by Patricia Arquette, Aoife McArdle, Amanda Overton, and Gerry Robert Byrne.

The show centers on four Lumon employees—Mark S., Helly R., Irving B., and Dylan G.—who take part in the company's severance program to separate their work (innie) and personal (outie) memories. However, they soon discover that Lumon has far more control over their lives than they previously imagined.

The official synopsis of Severance season 2, as per Apple TV, reads:

"Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe."
