The chaotic world and power struggles in the Silos continue in Silo season 2 episode 8, which is scheduled for a release next Friday, January 3, 2024. Following the nerve-wracking events in the overarching storylines of Silo 17 and Silo 18 in the previous episode, the next one is expected to even heighten the tension as new danger brewing.

In Silo 18 in the previous episode, Lukas Kyle was heading towards a fruitful direction in deciphering Quinn's message, while Mechanical is getting bold for Bernard's liking. Meanwhile, in Silo 17, Juliette almost didn't make it up her dive because the rope was cut off.

While Juliette initially thought Solo was the one who betrayed her, the splatters of blood she found proved otherwise. Something had happened to Silo and she could be in the same danger as well.

Like the past seven episodes of the ongoing series, Silo season 2 episode 8 drops exclusively on Apple TV+. Interested viewers can tune in on the platform on the scheduled release date, as it won't be available to watch on other streamers like Prime Video, Netflix, or Paramount+.

A brief recap of Silo season 2 episode 7

Silo season 2 episode 7, titled The Dive, saw Juliette Nichols brave the dive, which included descending into the generator room, which was around eight levels deep underwater. She had no choice but to restart the generator to get her suit and helmet from Solo. However, when it was time to go up, she found the rope had been cut. With no support to climb up, she swam to her might and made it out alive.

Angry, Juliette marched to where Solo should be, but he found an axe and splatters of blood there instead. Solo was nowhere in sight, and she thought that he might be in danger. Meanwhile, in Silo 17, Lukas Kyle had made waves in his quest to decipher Quinn's message. He and Bernard reckoned that the Wizard of Oz book could help them finish the job.

What to expect in Silo season 2 episode 8

Silo season 2 episode 8 is titled The Book of Quinn, which is expected to see Juliette Nichols find out what happened to Solo. With the blood left in his wake, it appeared Solo had been hurt, or someone else was, and that implied that there were other people in Silo 17 other than Solo and Juliette, which posed more risk for both of them.

Meanwhile, the episode synopsis from Apple TV teases that Bernard would be making an offer to Walker. Back in Silo season 2 episode 7, Bernard discovered Walker's relationship with McLain, who remained in captivity. Moreover, Lukas' mission of deciphering Quinn's message will bring him to meet some of Quinn's descendants.
