In Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, Wim resides on the planet At Attin and spends time with his friend Neel. However, on the day of a test, he misses his school bus and decides to use a hoverbike to make it to the test on time. On the way, he falls down a ditch and discovers something mysterious, but is apprehended by school authorities and taken back to his school.

While in detention, he meets Fern, a troublemaker who races on hoverbikes, and when Wim's father gets him out of the trouble he is in, he tells him about the "Jedi Temple" found in the woods. Wim's dad, however, tells him to drop this chase and focus on his test, and Fern overhears this. Wim then tells Neel about his discovery and asks him for help investigating it.

However, before reaching the place, Fern was already investigating with her friend KB. They then decide to work together reluctantly and go inside the structure only to discover that it's a spaceship. Star Wars: Skeleton Crew episode one then ends with the spaceship getting activated and them flying out into space as they are too late in getting out of there.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew episode two doesn't answer whose spaceship it unfortunately is. However, it does give a hint that it is a pirate ship. Throughout the spaceship, Wim and friends find a bunch of stuff that belongs to pirates and it also used to have one as a captain. This is revealed through the bot SM-33, who is on the ship as well, and Fern becomes his new captain after she lies to him that she killed his captain.

Fern then asks SM-33 if he could take them back to At Attin, and he replies saying that such a place doesn't exist. This sends kids further down into a spiral but SM-33 then takes them down to a spaceport thinking they may be able to get directions. Unlucky for the kids though, SM-33 ends up taking them to a pirate spaceport.

At the spaceport, the kids try finding someone friendly enough to give them directions to go back home. But whenever they mention At Attin, people just say it doesn't exist. At a food vendor, Wim pays someone with old Republic credits for a meal which then further raises suspicions and attentions of the pirates.

When asked where he is from, Wim replies, At Attin and the pirates laugh at him saying that the treasure planet doesn't exist. The pirates then chase after the kids to get the credits from them and are taken as prisoners when caught and SM-33 gets shot too. When in jail, they soon learn that they are not alone as a mysterious man in a hood steps out of the shadows.

He reveals to have the force and agrees to help them if they will help him too, and it just happens to be Jude Law's Jod Na Nawood. So, going into the next episode of the show, fans can certainly expect him to join the kids in their adventures too. It also looks like Jod himself was betrayed by his pirates at the start of the show his crew had turned on him after a failed job.
