Plot Special Ops: Lioness season 2
Lioness season 2 features more of Joe's story as a CIA officer leading a team of elite operatives torn between her personal and professional life. Stakes are higher this time as the CIA attempts to cripple the Mexican cartel called Los Tigres, and the people tasked to do the job are Joe and her team.
They also have a recruit this season, a new Lioness who has familial ties with the Mexican cartel—Captain Josephina Carrillo. She is forced to her limits, including choosing between her family and doing what is right for her country.
Unlike other action-packed shows, Lioness season 2 brings the thrills of high-stakes missions as well as the emotions of its characters. It takes a closer look into the psyche and personal lives of its operatives and how some of their missions can take a toll on their personal relationships and themselves.
