So far in the Star Wars series, At Attin has been depicted as a normal planet where people have their own domestic lives and children go to school. However, there have been constant hints throughout the show that the planet has more to it than meets the eye. Most importantly, it looks like At Attin is being hidden purposefully from the others for a reason.
Whenever Wim and friends asked for directions to At Attin at the Spaceport, the pirates didn't know about it, further hinting that the planet was considered a myth. In episode 3, Kh'ymm also noted that the planet may have been hidden from people due to several reasons, and with it having a barrier, it definitely looks to be the case.

Among the pirates, he is known as Silvo while Kh'ymm calls him Crimson Jack, and he can use the force as well.
